Welcome to The View From Hare
Ever wonder what a rabbit is thinking or saying? Well, nobody knows that answer better than we do. So, we want to provide you an insight on rabbits from our point of view. Rabbits are sociable animals and communicate with each other, even humans, through their actions. If you currently have a rabbit, we want to help you learn to interact on a higher level. If you're interested in adopting a rabbit browse through our photos and read all about us in our blog. It's all about us! And by us, we mean Nilla, a white ruby eye dwarf, Kayla, an opal dwarf and Blitzen, a black otter holland lop. From playtime to downtime and anything in between, you'll never know what will happen hare!
(Editor’s note: Sorry for the downtime, we are in the process of updating our web site to bring you more stuff. In the meantime, hop around and read all about us in the blog and check out our pictures.)
Hare in this spot, we’ll present our picture of the week. Will it be Nilla, Kayla, or Blitzen? We won’t know until you know! For more adorable pictures check out our photos page! OK hare we go...(drumroll, please!)

“It doesn’t happen all at once,” said the Skin Horse. “You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in your joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.”

I came across this quote one day and I thought “how true.” It’s the answer given to the Velveteen Rabbit when he asks how to become real. To be real is to be loved. Being a bunny has its privileges- they are cute, funny, and always have something to say. And in my opinion, the most loveable animal around. -From the Editor
